Returns
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect products only
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging

Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or personalised products
- Sale or clearance items
- Items damaged by misuse or washing
- Size or fit issues
Refunds
- Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- Prepaid → original payment method
- COD → bank transfer / UPI
